Volunteers required to help at Haywards Heath Foodbank
Do you have a few hours to spare each week or every other week?
Would you like to help make a difference to those in need in our local area?
Due to holidays once again being possible and people returning to work, we now require some more volunteers to help with the operation of our Foodbank. Helpers are needed to:
– weigh in donations
– sort donated food by type and date
– pack food parcels ready for delivery
– deliver the food parcels
You can choose which of the above you help with – they are carried out on different days, usually in the mornings.
Social distancing rules are followed and protective gloves and masks are provided and must be worn.
If you are interested in volunteering or require more information please do get in touch, we’d love to hear from you!
Thank you for your interest!
